We are a nonprofit social club for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing people related to the Deaf in Simcoe County, Ontario.</font></p> <p align="left"><font size="4" face="Arial">Our club mission statement is to promote the fellowship of the Deaf in Simcoe County and outlying areas; to increase public awareness of the Deaf living in aformentioned areas; to maintain a strong relationship with various Deaf organizations, and; to do all in its power to strengthen and promote any and all improvements relating to the Deaf.</font></p> <p align="left"><font size="4" face="Arial">We have our meetings 3 times a year. The first meeting is in January, where the new Board is introduced and the plan for the whole year is revealed. Another meeting in the Late Spring before the Summer Break. Then the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be in November, where the year is summed up and presented, it may be followed by the General Election (every two years starting in 2006).
